Great mountain views and a clean, cozy atmosphere. 🏔️ the bathrooms are kept tidy and it's a nice spot to unwind and chill out. Perfect suggestion for a family getaway! .

Really enjoyed its extremely friendly and best staff.

I spent our time here lovely. The room I stayed in was big size and complete with balcony as well as a bath. It offered welcoming service and good food too. A train station was right next to the place.

Friendly staff, the place is well-kept. the room has everything you need - a comfy sofa, a nice bathtub, and a view of the mountains 🏞️. a really enjoyable stay! .

The hotel had a remote position close enough to the centre of Velingrad, and Near the forest. The staff that we encountered were very kind and nice!

The guest room was bright and amazing. the location near a large medieval baptistery was wonderful. the property offered nice prices for its very quiet area.

Can recommend to all. Well-maintained and ideal place to stay with stunningly beautiful view on the mountains. The rooms are well-equipped and reasonably large and the staff are qualified. Excellent and wonderful location, very quite area. Also, easy to get to Lake Kleptuza. A good restaurant and a sky bar available.

the breakfast had a good variety and the coffee was surprisingly great ☕.

Nice, quiet hotel with good services. Friendly personnel with who was difficult to ommunicate because only a few of them could speak Englisch.

the place is ideal and fairly clean with a nice view of the mountains. the rooms are fairly quiet, with a marvelous remote location. the restaurant is pleasant and the meal was great.

A clean, modern hotel with natural Spa.

No currency exchange at the hotel and only few options around the hotel . Few of the rooms were not so confortable,wifi access at the reception only

Excellent value,all the staff very friendly including the cleaning ladies,spa services excellent, nothing was too much trouble for anyone, the manager was especially helpful would recommend most highly. Thanks to everyone who made our holiday very enjoyable, entertainment at night was also very good.
